弹性连杆机构的动力学分析及其仿真

【摘要】 研究了弹性连杆机构的动力学仿真问题。首先,对连杆机构进行了弹性动力学分析及动应力分析,在此基础上导出了机构弹性运动的位形表达,最后对机构的弹性运动、动态应力分布、杆件上点的运动轨迹进行了仿真,并就运动位形和点运动轨迹同刚体运动进行了比较。通过仿真,实现了弹性连杆机构设计过程和结果的可视化,从而为弹性连杆机构的设计提供了一种新的思路和方法。

【Abstract】 The dynamic simulation of elastic linkage mechanism was studied in this paper. First, the Kineto-Elastodynamics analysis and the dynamic stress analysis of the elastic linkage mechanism were performed. Based above, the motion configuration coordinates were derived. Finally, the elastic motion configuration, dynamic stress distribution and motion trajectory of the points of the mechanism were simulated, and compared with the rigid body motion. The visualization of the design process and result were realized through the simulation. The simulation provided another thought and method of designing elastic linkage mechanism.
