基于流场分析的大功率轮式拖拉机造型优化设计
Modeling optimization design of high power wheeled tractor based on flow field analysis
【摘要】 随着国内外拖拉机市场的不断扩大、竞争的加剧及技术的成熟,设计成为企业制胜的重要手段。针对大功率轮式拖拉机,在完成总体参数设置后,运用SD法对其关键造型部位进行初步设计。基于ANASYS流体学模块,对机身形态的风阻大小、风阻系数及表面压强分布进行分析,对设计方案进行优化,确定出最终造型方案,为农机装备及相关行业进行产品开发设计提供借鉴与参考。
【Abstract】 With the continuous expansion of the domestic and foreign tractor market, intensified competition and mature technical, design has become an important means for enterprises to win. For the high power wheeled tractor, after the completion of the overall parameter setting, the SD method was used to design the key parts of the tractor. Based on the fluid module of the ANSYS, the body drag force, drag coefficient and surface pressure distribution were analyzed to optimize the design scheme and determine the final design scheme, the design provides references for development of farm machinery and related products.
