【摘要】 在科学建立农业碳减排与农村金融支持评价指标体系的基础上,利用信息熵为各项指标赋权,构建农业碳减排与农村金融支持耦合协调度模型,利用我国1997~2013年农业碳排放及农村金融支持数据进行实证研究。研究表明:我国农业碳减排与农村金融支持耦合协调度整体水平较低;耦合协调滞后类型由农业碳减排滞后转变为农村金融支持滞后,阶段性特征明显;农业碳减排与农村金融支持协调程度逐渐提高,但尚未达到良好协调;最后,提出促进农业碳减排与农村金融支持协调发展的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the scientific indicator system of agriculture carbon reduction and rural financial support,entropy weight method was used to weigh the indicators,and the coupling coordination degree model was constructed for empirical research according to the data of agricultural carbon reduction and rural financial support between 1997 ~ 2013 in China. The results showed that there existed a comparatively low level of coordination degree of agriculture carbon reduction and rural financial support in China. Coupling coordination lag type changed from the agriculture carbon reduction lag to the rural financial support lag,showed obvious stage characteristics. The level of coordination degree of agriculture carbon reduction and rural financial support kept increasing,but the speed was comparatively slow and inefficient. This paper put forward some corresponding suggestions for improving the coordination between agriculture carbon reduction and rural financial support.更多还原
