【摘要】 研究不同扦插季节、不同穗条采集部位、不同插穗留叶量和不同生根剂对沉水樟扦插生根的影响。结果表明,沉水樟扦插应选择优良母株树冠上部当年生嫩枝作为插穗。扦插时,插穗保留半片叶子,并用100 mg/kg的吲哚丁酸或500 mg/kg的GGR生根粉浸泡处理,选择夏季5~6月进行扦插;插后,应加强水分管理和病害防治,插床土壤湿度维持30%,空气湿度维持70%左右,每隔一定时间用杀菌剂进行灭菌,防止苗期病害;1年生沉水樟扦插苗高可达15cm,成活率能达84%。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study rooting efficiency in cuttings of the Cinnamomum micranthum, many influences including cutting season, hormone treatments, sampling parts and maintained leaves of scion were done. The results showed that annual shoots in the upper parts of elite trees were the best scion in cutting. The best period of cutting is May to June,, and the cuttings with 1/2 leaves should be dipped in 100 mg/kg IAA or 500 mg/kg GGR cutting. Attentions should be paid on management of soil water and pest control after cutting. The relative humidity of seedling bed and air should be respectively kept 30%, 70%,and sterilization treatments were done at regular intervals to prevent seedling diseases. According to the methods as mentioned above, the seedling survival rate was 84%, and annual seedling height of C. micranthum was 15 cm.更多还原
