红花荷的组织培养技术

【摘要】 以红花荷(Rhodoleia championii)为试验材料,对红花荷组织培养进行了初步的研究。试验得出:初代培养带腋芽茎段培养以MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L为最佳培养基,带顶芽茎段以MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L为最佳培养基;继代培养以WPM+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L为最佳培育基;生根培养以1/2 WPM+NAA 0.2 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L为最佳培养基;移栽以基质以泥炭︰蛭石=1︰1为最佳;红花荷组培快繁技术的建立为工厂化生产奠定了理论基础。

【Abstract】 Taking Rhodoleia championii as experiment material, tissue culture and reproduction technology of Rh. championii were studied. Test results showed: primary culture stems with axillary buds for MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L +NAA 0.2 mg/L was the best medium, stem segment with bud for MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L + NAA0.2 mg/L was the best medium. Subculture for WPM+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L was the best culture medium; rooting culture for 1/2 WPM+ NAA 0.2 mg/L +IBA 0.5 mg/L is the best medium; transplanting for matrix with peat ∶vermiculite = 1 ︰ 1 is the best. The establishment of tissue culture and cuttage reproduction techniques for Rh. championii laid the theoretical basis for itsfactorization production.
