Cu2O/聚苯胺/不锈钢电极光电催化还原CO2

【摘要】 利用电化学氧化还原法在不锈钢基底上制备聚苯胺纳米管(PANI-NTs),将Cu2O沉积到PANI-NTs上,得到Cu2O/PANI/不锈钢电极,通过循环伏安法(CV)考察了Cu2O/PANI/不锈钢电极的电化学行为。采用XRD、TEM对Cu2O/PANI/不锈钢电极的结构进行了表征,借助乙酰丙酮分光光度法和气相色谱法对CO2还原产物进行了检测。结果表明:PANI在不锈钢基底上以直立的中空纳米管形式横向生长,内径约为100 nm,外径约为200 nm;Cu2O/PANI/不锈钢电极对HCO3-/CO2具有优良的光电催化还原性能;Cu2O/PANI/不锈钢电极光电催化还原CO215 h后,溶液中甲醛的浓度为29.5μmol/L。

【Abstract】 Polyaniline nanotubes( PANI-NTs) on stainless steel substrate were prepared by electrochemical oxidation-reduction method,and then Cu2 O was deposited on PANI-NTs to obtain a Cu2 O / polyaniline( PANI) / stainless steel electrode. Cyclic voltammetry( CV) measurement was carried out to evaluate the electrochemical behavior of the electrode toward the reduction of CO2. The surface morphology and the structure of the composite film were characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD) and transmission electron microscopy( TEM). The reduction product of CO2 was analyzed by acetylacetone spectrophotometric method and gas chromatographic method. The results showed that PANI growed on stainless steel substrate surface in the lateral direction to the substrate and the inner diameter and the out diameter of PANI hollow nanotubes was about 100 nm and 200 nm,respectively. The Cu2 O / PANI /stainless steel electrode exhibited excellent photoelectrocatalytic activity for HCO3-/ CO2. The concentration of formaldehyde in the solution was 29. 5 μmol / L after CO2 photoelectrocatalysis reaction for 15 h by the Cu2 O / PANI / stainless steel electrode.
