【Abstract】 It is urgent to explore and carry out a mode for training application-oriented innovative talents at colleges and universities.This paper discusses the status quo and history of training for welding specialty in China. Firstly, in order to establish the atmosphere of engineering conscience at colleges, it is proposed that teachers select appropriate research projects, and teachers who guide students should be trained to have dual abilities. Also, welding equipments to be imported should have great potentials, innovative and practical training platform for graduation project should be fully created. And attempts should be made to provide favorable environment for college students to practice and innovate. Teaching, research and cooperation with enterprises can work together so as to exploit students’ potentials and encourage their innovative spirits.更多还原
