焊接专业“创新+应用型”人才培养探索

【摘要】 积极探索和推进"创新+应用型"高等教育人才培养模式迫在眉睫。阐述了我国高校焊接专业培养历史和现状,主要提出利用合适的科研项目培养学生工程意识,打造"双师型"教师来指导学生实践,引进产业发展潜力佳的设备和全方位打造毕业设计创新实践培养平台四大举措。应努力在高校营造大学生实践和创新的良好环境,将教学、科研与企业合作三方面有机结合和统一起来,启发和引导学生激活创新潜能和实践精神。

【Abstract】 It is urgent to explore and carry out a mode for training application-oriented innovative talents at colleges and universities.This paper discusses the status quo and history of training for welding specialty in China. Firstly, in order to establish the atmosphere of engineering conscience at colleges, it is proposed that teachers select appropriate research projects, and teachers who guide students should be trained to have dual abilities. Also, welding equipments to be imported should have great potentials, innovative and practical training platform for graduation project should be fully created. And attempts should be made to provide favorable environment for college students to practice and innovate. Teaching, research and cooperation with enterprises can work together so as to exploit students’ potentials and encourage their innovative spirits.
