爆炸喷涂镍基复合涂层在汽车齿轮轴的应用研究

【摘要】 运用均匀设计方法在汽车齿轮轴用材料45钢上爆炸喷涂掺有金属钴、铬及陶瓷二硼化钛合金Ni60基涂层,用SEM对涂层的组织和元素能谱进行分析,用人工神经网络对试验结果进行优化设计并进行了验证试验,结果表明:涂层相比45钢基体,显微硬度提高了2~3倍,耐磨性提高了2~5倍,涂层与45钢结合良好,将验证组和人工神经网络理论预测对比,显微硬度误差小于15%,磨损误差小于12%,从人工神经网络预测中选出优良性能的Ni60基二硼化钛、钴、铬复合涂层的配比。

【Abstract】 Based on the uniform design method of, explosion spraying of Ni60-based Ti B2, Co and Cr composite coatings is carried out on the 45-steel-material automobile axle. SEM is used to analyze coating’s tissue morphology and element.Artificial Neural Network is used to optimize test results, and verification test is carried out in the foundation of trial. The research results indicate that the microhardness is improved 2~3 times, wear resistance of the coatings is improved 2~5times than 45 steel. The coatings have a good combination with the substrate. The results of validation group in comparison with the prediction value of Artificial Neural Network, microhardness error is less than 15%, and wear resistance error is less than 12%. So we can obtain excellent performances of Ni60-based Ti B2, Co and Cr composite coatings mixture-ratio in the Artificial Neural Network’s prediction value.
