压载水专用立式自清洗过滤器的结构设计
Structural Design of Auto-backwash Vertical Filter for Ballast Water
【摘要】 船舶在主要用来运输货物时其空间非常有限,如何在船舶上安装压载水专用设备,要尽量缩小其体积,而且压载水的排放标准极其苛刻,对过滤器的功能有更高的要求。提出了采用立式自动反冲洗过滤器的构思,确定反冲洗结构方案,设计过滤器的筒体和滤网、传动设计,通过M A TLA B机构运动学分析软件仿真出过滤器的基本运动过程,输出运动曲线,使用Fluent流体力学软件仿真出过滤工作时的压力损失,使其达到设计要求。
【Abstract】 To realize space arrangement and property of the ballast water equipment, this paper proposes vertical auto-backwash filter conception, and realizes backwash structure, the filter screen cylinder and the backwash components. Simulation of kinematics analysis is carried out in Matlab to study the movement of the nozzle on the filter. Fluent is used to analyze filter pressure loss. Concerned experiences validate the function and efficiency of this horizontal automatic backwash filter.
