基于均衡理论的微米木纤维定向刨片机刀盘设计
Design of Cutter Head in Micron Wood Fiber Directional Flaking Machine Based on the Equilibrium Theory
【摘要】 通过对当前刀盘的研究,发现其存在生产率较低、切削力不稳定、切削效率不高、精度低等问题,为了改善这些问题,根据均衡切削理论刀盘进行重现设计,并通过Solid Works2012软件建立刀盘的三维模型,对其关键零件进行虚拟装配,验证设计刀盘,而且还可以为后续设备的优化改进提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the research of the current cutter disc, it is found that its productivity is low, the cutting force is unstable, cutting efficiency and accuracy is low. In order to improve these problems, the theory of balanced cutting is used to design cutter head. Three-dimensional model of cutter head is established using Solid Works 2012 software.Virtual assembly of its key parts is carried out; the design of cutter head is verified. The results can provide theoretical basis for the subsequent equipment improvement.
