基于Creo2.0的带轮有限元分析与优化设计
Finite Element Analysis and Optimization Design of belt wheel Based on Creo2.0
【摘要】 介绍了基于Creo2.0对带轮的尺寸参数进行优化设计以降低材料成本的方法。借助Creo2.0对带轮建立模型,通过Creo2.0对带轮进行静态有限元分析,使用局部敏感度分析得出影响带轮重量的主要设计参数,利用全局敏感度分析得出主要设计参数对带轮最大应力的影响,生成了带轮静态应力、位移云图,得出了优化后带轮的设计参数,验证了此方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces Creo2.0-based parameters optimization design of the size of belt wheel method to reduce the cost of materials. Belt wheel model is established to carry out static finite element analysis using Creo2.0. Main design parameters affecting the quality of belt wheel is obtained using local sensitivity analysis. The global sensitivity analysis is used to obtain the effect of the main design parameters on the maximum stress. static stress and displacement contours are generated. Optimization design parameters of belt wheel are obtained. The feasibility of this method is verified.
