【Abstract】 This paper,based on summarizing theoretical research and management practices on the leading talents in China,redefines the concept of medical leading talent,analyzes the five dimensions of the essential quality characteristics of medical leading talent in detail. In view of the empirical analysis of 178 medical leading talents in Jiangsu Province,it explains the key elements affecting medical leading talent’s growth and development,and it finally puts forward specific strategies and recommendations for fostering and developing more medical leading talents from the aspects of the forecast planning,selection,training,assessment,evaluation,as well as incentives for talented people.更多还原
