【摘要】 中国的区域战略变迁可划分为三个相对独立的分析时段,即20世纪90年代至2012年末"韬光养晦"的持续作用,2012年末至2014年中"战略军事"的强化施用,2014年中至今"战略经济"的骤然发力。自2014年年中以来,一系列新动态证实了中国由以海上维权为出发点的"战略军事"逐渐转向以多边体制为着力点的"战略经济",并在一定程度上实现了两者之间的协调运用。战略的平衡与复合运用将为中国在区域内的和平崛起提供新机遇。在可预见的未来,中国必须在继续推进"战略经济"的过程之中着眼于多边体制运行的细节,最大程度地保证制度在创造效益与分配公平两个方面的重要平衡。更多还原

【Abstract】 The changes of China’s regional strategy can be divided into three relatively independent periods,namely the"low profile"period from the 1990 sto 2012,the"strengthening strategic military"period from 2012 to the end of 2014,the"the full play of strategic economy"period from 2014 till nowadays.The balanced and comprehensive application of the strategy will provide new opportunities for China’s peaceful rise in the region.In the foreseeable future,China must continue to promote the"strategic economy"and focus on the details of the operation of the multilateral system to ensure that the system balances the two sides of creating efficiency and maintaining fair distribution.更多还原
