【摘要】 我国乡镇基层图书馆是国家公共图书馆服务体系的重要构成,数量大,覆盖人口多,问题也多。主要问题有:中西部不少乡镇馆有名无实,馆藏结构不合理,科研成果多孤立地研究乡镇基层馆本身,经费严重不足等;主要原因是:政府布局关注中西部不够,缺乏接地气的规章制度,乡镇馆发展与官员政绩脱节,地方经济基础薄弱不能提供助力等;对策建议:统筹设计协调发展;加快制定建设标准并推动实施;发展经济与文化建设并辔而行;创新服务方式激发阅读兴趣;催生科研成果转化;乡镇馆建设与政府绩效对接;社会力量对接乡镇基层图书馆可持续发展等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The township libraries in our country is an important composition of national public library service system. The quantity is big,covering a large population. The main problems includes: some township libraries are nominal; the collection structure is not rational; shortage of funds,etc. The main reasons are: the government’s attention is not enough; lack of regulations and systems; weak basis of local economy,etc. The suggestion are: overall design and coordinative development; speeding up standards constraction; promoting ecnomy and culture construction at the same time,innovating service mode to stimulate reading interest; creating scientific research achierements transformation; connecting township libraries construction with gorernment performance; connecting social forces with township libraries sustainable development.更多还原
