新型含磷阻燃树脂的制备和性能研究
Synthesis and Properties Research of Novel Phosphorus Containing Flame Retarded Resins
【摘要】 本文利用甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA),丙烯酸丁酯(BA),苯乙烯(St)为原料进行溶液聚合,得到共聚物(PA);再利用PA和不同比例DOPO反应,获得一系列磷含量不同的阻燃树脂。对聚合物的结构、玻璃化温度、以及阻燃性进行测试与表征。结果表明:随着聚合物中DOPO含量的增加,玻璃化温度升高,阻燃效果逐渐变好。
【Abstract】 This article took the method of solution polymerization reaction using glycidyl methacrylate(GMA),butyl acrylate(BA) and styrene(St) as materials,to obtain copolymer(PA);adding different content of DOPO in copolymer so as to obtain a series of flame retardants of different phosphorus content.The structure,glass transition temperature and flame resistance of polymer were tested and characterized.The results showed that flame retardant performance gradually get better with the increase of DOPO content in the polymer.
