【摘要】 从干预者、干预方式、干预内容、首次干预时间、干预频率和干预持续时间等方面,对延续性护理在食管癌术后病人中的应用进行综述。指出延续性护理在国外的发展虽已相对成熟,但仍未制定相关的指南,国内延续性护理尚处于起步阶段。开展延续性护理可以使病人得到连续性的、全方位的护理服务,能够有效地预防术后并发症、提高病人满意度、改善病人生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reviewed from the intervener,intervention,intervention content,the first intervention time,interventions and intervention frequency duration,continuity of nursing in postoperative patients.Noted that although the overseas’ continuity of care developed relatively mature,a relevant guideline is not settled,and continuity of care in China is still in its infancy.To carry out the continuity of care,patients can get continuous and comprehensive care,which can effectively prevent complications,improve patients’ satisfaction,and improve their quality of life.更多还原
