30t料耙起重机平衡台车开裂机理研究

【摘要】 以某炼钢厂连铸车间30t料耙起重机为研究对象,针对桥架端梁平衡台车出现裂纹的问题,应用现场实测技术和有限元方法找出问题出现的原因。首先进行现场测试,根据故障的表现形式和实测所得数据分析得出可靠的判断,即水平侧向啃轨力过大是起重机平衡台车开裂的主要原因。由于啃轨力无法直接测出,根据现有理论得出啃轨力的数值范围,然后应用有限元技术尝试多次计算。以测试结果为依据,当模拟计算结果与实测数据相符时,此时模型加载的啃轨力数值即起重机结构承载的啃轨力值。

【Abstract】 Taking the 30 t crane in a continuous casting steel plant as the research object,aimed at the crack problem of load dividing dolly,by using field measurement technique and finite element simulation,the reason of the problem was found out.Firstly,a field test was conducted,according to the performance of the faults and the measured data,it was concluded that the horizontal force on the side of the rail was the main reason for the cracking of load dividing dolly. Due to the horizontal force it cannot be measured directly,according to the existing theory,the numerical range could be given,calculating the results by using finite element method for times. Based on the test results,when the simulation results were in agreement with the measured data,the magnitude of horizontal force which had been loaded on model was the real value.
