基于高斯和模型的倾斜喷涂生长率建模

【摘要】 针对倾角喷涂工艺时的涂层生长速率建模问题,提出运用高斯和模型建立喷枪静态倾角喷涂时的涂层生长速率模型。基于高斯和模型,首先运用微分几何放大定理建立考虑喷涂倾角为变量的涂层生长速率模型;然后做喷枪静态倾角喷涂实验,运用最小二乘法对离散点的涂层厚度进行拟合,最终建立基于高斯和模型的倾角喷涂涂层生长速率模型。最后运用基于β分布模型的倾角喷涂涂层生长速率模型拟合离散点的涂层厚度,通过对比得到基于高斯和模型的倾角喷涂涂层生长速率模型更能获得较好的拟合精度。

【Abstract】 For the coating growth rate of dip coating process modeling problem,put forward using the gaussia sum model and establish when spraying coating spray gun static angle growth rate model.Based on gaussian sum model,enlarge differential geometry theorem applied to build first consider the spray angle for the coating growth rate model of the variable.Then do spray gun spraying experiment,static angle using the least square method to fit discrete points of coating thickness,the final model based on gaussian sum inclination of the spray coating growth rate model.Finally using the beta distribution model based inclination of spraying coating growth rate model fitting discrete points of coating thickness,based on the gaussian sum model is obtained by comparing angle of spray coating growth rate model can obtain good fitting precision.
