新型多功能洗鞋机的研制与有限元分析
The Development of New Multi-Function Washing Shoes Machine and Finite Element Analysis
【摘要】 针对目前普通家居鞋类存在的清洗问题,研制了一款新型多功能洗鞋机。首先,采用三维建模软件Pro/E设计了一款集清洗、固定与消毒烘干于一体的全自动化装置;然后,根据节能环保的要求,借助ANSYS软件着重对鞋子固定装置材料选取进行了分析,得出选取的塑胶PVC材料的强度满足设计要求。最后通过原型样机试验,与目前市场上的同类洗鞋洗衣产品进行对比,进一步说明了此多功能洗鞋机安全稳定、清洗高效、节能环保。
【Abstract】 According to the current general cleaning problems existed by the footwear furniture,a new multifunctional shoe cleaning machine was developed.First of all,using 3D modeling software Pro/E designed a model integrating washing,fixed and disinfection drying automatic device;Then,according to the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection,it analyzes the shoes fixture selection of materials,and with the aid of ANSYS software simulation analysis,it is concluded that the strength of the plastic PVC materials meet the design requirements.Finally by prototype test,and similar to wash the shoes on the market at present,comparing the laundry products further illustrates the security and stability of the multi-function washing shoes machine,cleaning efficiency and energy conservation and environmental protection.
