58SiMn钢高能束流局部淬硬性能分析
Hardenability Analysis of High Energy Beam Local Processing on 58SiMn Steel
【摘要】 为了分析58Si Mn钢受控断裂机理,在比较多种高能束流设备加工特性的基础上,优选激光和等离子弧设备和适当工艺参数在58Si Mn钢试件上加工脆性带并进行冲击断裂实验。实验结果对比表明:58Si Mn钢试件加工脆性带后,冲击吸收功显著降低;由于高能束流设备的输出能量密度不同,所得脆性区域的断口截面大小、淬硬层级结构、显微组织硬度变化及其变化梯度等都有较大区别,上述结果均不能显著影响58Si Mn钢试件的受控断裂行为,所得结论满足其断裂机理理论分析。
【Abstract】 In order to analyze controlled fracture mechanism of 58 Si Mn steel,optimizing the laser and plasma arc equipment and parameters processing brittle zone on 58 Si Mn steel based on compare processing behaviors of high energy beam equipment.The results of impact fracture experiment shows that impact absorbing energy decreased significantly after processing brittle zone on 58 Si Mn steel,that cross section size of brittle zone and hierarchical structure and microhardness change gradient have great differences by the difference between output energy density with high energy beam equipment,above mentioned results and conclusion have not obvious influence on the controlled fracture behavior of 58 Si Mn steel specimen,analysis of the theory of fracture mechanism are satisfied.
