某太阳能无人机复合材料机身结构梁选型与优化
Selection and Optimization of New Solar UAV Composite Fuselage Structural Beams
【摘要】 以某新型太阳能无人机作为研究对象,利用ABAQUS有限元软件,针对最大载荷工况对该型太阳能无人机的复合材料机身结构进行了有限元分析。首先利用有限元方法对所使用的蜂窝结构等效为正交各向异性层,并对其力学特性进行等效计算。然后分别针对管梁、箱型梁、工字梁三种形式机身主梁结构的静强度进行计算,并对结果加以对比,结合实际情况选择更为合理的主梁形式,计算该型梁的设计参数对强度的影响趋势,为该机身结构的深入设计与后续优化提供参考。
【Abstract】 This paper aims at a new type of solar UAV as the research object,uses ABAQUS finite element analysis software as a tool for the finite element static of the carbon fiber composite fuselage structure of this new solar UAV. The finite element method is used to consider the honeycomb material layer equivalent to orthotropic layer,and calculate its mechanical properties. The static strength of three different structures with pipe-beams,box-beams and I-beams are calculated and compared. The calculation results are used to choose the most reasonable beam structure form. Then analyze the relationship between the design parameters and beam strength changing trend. Finally,the results of the calculation and comparison are treated as the reference for the further design analysis and subsequent optimization of the body structure.
