幂函数形复合变幅杆谐振频率的瑞利修正
Rayleigh Modification on Resonance Frequency of Power Function-Shaped Composite Horn
【摘要】 在设计幂函数形复合变幅杆时,变幅杆的频率仿真值往往小于频率设计值;这种偏差会随着变幅杆截面尺寸的增加不断扩大。根据瑞利近似修正理论,对这种现象产生的原因进行了理论分析;理论推导了幂函数形复合变幅杆谐振频率的修正公式。借助有限元分析软件workbench对一组半径不同的变幅杆进行模态分析;获取不同半径变幅杆的谐振频率仿真值。按照修正公式,计算频率修正值。分析比较设计值、修正值与仿真值;结果表明,修正值与仿真值的变化趋势基本吻合。相对于设计值,修正值与仿真值的偏差更小。这对于大截面幂函数形变幅杆的理论设计有一定指导意义。
【Abstract】 In the design of power function-shaped composite horns,the simulation values of amplitude frequency are often smaller than design values. The section sizes of the horns aregreater,and deviation of the results is more obvious. According to the Rayleigh modification theory,the cause of this phenomenon was analyzed theoretically.Correction formula of the resonance frequency of power function-shaped composite hornwas deduced. With the help of finite element analysis software workbench,modal analysis of a set of horns was carried out. Simulation values of resonance frequency of different radiuses were obtained.According to the correction formula,revised frequency values werecalculated. The theoretical values and revisedvalues and simulation values werecompared. The results showed that the revised frequency values according to the Rayleigh correction theory could coincide with the simulation results better. For design of the big cross section of power function-shaped composite horns,it has certain significance.
