新型复合材料辊用无纺布的研制
Preparation of Non-Woven Fabric for New-Type Composite Roller
【摘要】 采用纤维和粘合剂两种原料,通过气流成网法和喷洒粘合法,研制出一种具有良好吸油性能的新型复合材料辊用无纺布。经过多次试验选出适于研制该无纺布的纤维和粘合剂,确定合理的工艺流程;对不同粘合剂含量该无纺布的拉伸强力和硬度进行分析,确定最佳的粘合剂含量,并测试了无纺布的孔隙率与吸油性。实验表明:通过该工艺,当粘合剂的含量达到47%时,无纺布达到最大拉伸强力19.310kgf,此时硬度为73.6A;无纺布的孔隙率与吸油率分别达到42.7%和45.2%;该无纺布能够满足生产新型复合材料辊的要求。
【Abstract】 Using fiber and adhesive through air-laid method and spraying-bonded method,a kind of non-woven fabric used to manufacture new-type composite roller was prepared,which had good oil absorbency. After many trials,the suitable fiber and adhesive were selected and reasonable technological process was determined. The tensile strength and hardness of this nonwoven fabric with different adhesive contents were analyzed to determine optimum adhesive content,and then the porosity and oil absorbency were tested. Experimental results show that by this technology,when the adhesive content reached 43%,the non-woven fabric had the biggest tensile strength reaching 19.110 kgf,whose hardness was 73.6A;the porosity and oil absorption rate arrived at 42.7% and 45.2% respectively; this kind of non-woven can meet the requirements of manufacturing the new-type composite roller.
