基于流态需求规则约束的产品模型动态演化
The Product Model Dynamic Evolution Based on Flow Requirement Rules
【摘要】 针对面向设计者的配置设计不能很好适应客户对产品需求表达的动态性和随机性问题,提出流态节点的概念,给出流态节点的形式化表示。通过客户对必要流态节点的表达,建立流态节点与最大相似案例映射关系,作为产品的演化算子。定义了虚拟实例和有效实例,规定了产品演化的基本行为,把流态节点重新实例化过程作为产品演化过程。依据流态规则约束及其触发值或跳转值,建立反馈式模型演化机制并利用回溯法解决底层节点无法实例化的问题。最后给出了挖树机定制的部分示例。
【Abstract】 As the configuration design couldn’t accommodate the requirement of dynamism and randomness of the products expressed by the customer,the concept of flow node was proposed and formal representation of flow node was offered. In accordance with customer’s requirement of necessary flow node,the mapping relation of flow node and most similar case was established to serve as the products’ evolution operation. The virtual case and valid case were defined,the basic behavior of product evolution was stipulated,and the process of making the flow node a living example was used as the products’ evolution. Constrained by the flow rules and trigger value or jump value,the feedback model evolution mechanism was established and the backtracking method was used to solve the problem of making the underlying node a living example. In the end,partial example of customized tree movers was presented.
