一种智能做饭机的设计与研究

【摘要】 针对目前各种类型的电饭煲在做饭时仍然需要洗米、加水等繁杂人工操作过程的现状,设计研究了一种智能做饭机。首先详细介绍了智能做饭机的整个设计过程,包括取米装置、洗米装置和煮饭装置的结构设计及其工作过程,以及机器的相关程序设计。然后利用FLUENT和ANSYS软件对洗米装置进行了优化和仿真分析,最后根据仿真和优化结果进行了样机制作。经样机验证,该做饭机能够自动实现卫生储米、定时定量取米、洗米和煮饭等功能,实现了做饭过程的自动化,达到了预期的设计目标。

【Abstract】 The various types of rice cookers have some shortcomings when cooking at present,it still needs people to wash and add water. To solve the problems,a intelligent rice-cooking machine was designed. Firstly,it introduced the whole design process of the intelligent rice-cooking machine in detail,including the structure design and working process of rice-taking device,rice washing-device,cooking device and some related programs. Then the simulation analysis and optimization of rice-washing device was made by FLUENT and ANSYS software. At last,the prototype was made according to the results. The results shows that the rice-cooking machine features functions such as storing,taking quantitatively,washing and timing cooking,the whole process of automatic cooking was realized,and the expected purpose was achieved.
