货运索道小车紧固抱索器螺栓的选取

【摘要】 随着我国电力工业的飞速发展,国家对输电线路的施工中的物资运输也越来越重视,索道运输作为在输电线路中一种新的运输方式,凭借了自身成本低、施工方便并且不受气候影响等诸多优点,已经在输电线路施工中广泛应用。国内货运索道大多数采用基于螺栓的固定式抱索器,因此确定螺栓预紧力对保证货运索道成功运行并且降低危险系数是至关重要的。针对现在常用的小车抱索器进行分析计算和现场实验,成功解决了螺栓预紧力的确定以及螺栓的选取问题,对货运索道技术的发展具有实际的推动作用。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of power industry in our country,the state of the transmission line construction of material transportation is getting more and more attention. As a new mode of transportation in transmission line,the freight ropeway has been widely used in the transmission line construction with its low cost,convenient construction and not affected by the climate and other advantages. In the domestic freight ropeway,most adopts the fixed rope clips based on bolt in order.So how to calculate the bolt pre-tightening force to ensure the freight ropeway successfully operating and reduce the risk coefficient is of vital importance. According to the bolt fastening rope clips of the it analyzes and calculates and does the field experiments. At last,it successfully solves the questions of ensuring the bolt pre-tightening force and chooses the bolt,which plays a practical role on the development of the freight ropeway technical.
