多品种微机电伺服机构小直径销孔高效加工工艺技术研究

【摘要】 针对微电机轴与配套齿轮副销孔加工过程中,自动化程度低,定位精度差,成品率低及刀具磨损严重等多重问题。深入分析系统工装特性及产品互换性,优化加工工艺,着重研究产品设计要点。基于深孔加工理论,采用配钻工艺,创新研制精密高效电机轴与配套齿轮副微销孔配打专用装置。通过实验研究,对比分析工艺优化前后加工销孔的位置精度和加工效率,验证优化工艺及装置的明显优势,对实际应用提供良好的指导、借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 Aiming at several problems of poor positioning accuracy,serious tool wear,low degree of automation and yield in pin hole machining process for micro-motor shaft and associated gear pair. The system assembly features and product interchangeability are analyzed thoroughly the processing technology is optimized,and product design features are focused. Based on deep hole drilling theory and ligand drilling technology,the development and research of a precise and efficient pin-hole machining special equipment for the motor shaft with matching gear pair are dedicated.Finally,through the experimental research and comparative analysis of the pin hole positional accuracy and process efficiency before and after process optimization,the significant advantages of the optimization process and equipment are verified,which will provide good guidance and reference for practical application.
