人工骨个性化定制与激光快速成型

【摘要】 复杂曲面的人工骨个性化定制与激光快速成型一直是人工骨设计与制造的难点,针对此问题提出了一种由自然骨CT切片数据构建STL模型并采用激光快速成型的方法。首先对自然骨CT切片进行目标边缘提取,并采用八邻域跟踪算法获取自然骨的轮廓数据;然后,为满足激光快速成型对层片厚度的加工要求,建立相邻断层切片上的轮廓匹配点对,根据轮廓匹配点对,线性插值得到中间过渡轮廓数据,并采用三次样条曲线对自然骨轮廓进行拟合;最后采用最小对角线三角剖分法生成自然骨的STL模型,并通过激光快速成型机打印出人工骨。试验验证了方法的可行性与有效性。

【Abstract】 It is often difficult to get the artificial bone with complex curved surface by personalized ordering and laser rapid prototyping method in the design and manufacture process. A method is presented by creating a STL model from CT slices data of natural bone and then forming artificial bone with laser rapid prototyping. Edge extraction is used to get the target edge of natural bone,and eight-connected boundary tracking is applied to get the contour data of natural bone. Then,contour matching points are built in the adjacent CT slices in order to meet the machining requirement of layer thickness raised by laser rapid prototyping. According to the matching points,linear interpolation is used to get transition contour data,and then all natural bone contours are fitted by cubic B-spline curves. Finally,the STL model of natural bone is built by the algorithms of shortest diagonal triangulation. The artificial bone is printed by laser rapid prototyping. The feasibility and validity of this method is proved by experiments.
