轻型无缝线路液压撞轨器研究
An Investigation Into the Light Long Seamless Hydraulic Rail Impactor
【摘要】 分析了无缝长轨应力放散的方式,提出了一种使用液压原理放散长轨应力的机械结构。液压撞轨器主要采用蓄能-释放-冲击产生铁轨振荡窜动的原理来实现对铁轨应力放散。采用高速摄像机对撞击过程进行图像采集,通过Matlab软件对采集图像的分析,得出撞击时各参数的关系,从而对轻型无缝线路液压撞轨器的实际应用效益进行分析研究。
【Abstract】 We analysis the continuous welded rail stress-relieving condition and invent a mechanical structure with the theory of hydraulic. This theory is mainly about the progress of energy storage-energy release-mechanical impact. In this process,the energy stored will cause the vibration and fluctuation of the rail. Through this process,we can release the stress in welded rail. In the period of experiment,we use the high speed camera to test the motion path of target and get the image of that. And through the analysis of the image by the matlab software,we can get the parameters about the impaction,which can prove the value of the practical application for the Light long seamless hydraulic rail impactor.
