【Abstract】 Dengue virus( DENV) infection has been considered a serious global health issue. Therefore,the development of a safe and effective vaccine is an urgent public health priority. Compared with live attenuated and inactive vaccines,DNA vaccination represents an attractive alternative to traditional vaccines,as it confers many advantages,such as easy development and production,cost-effectiveness,no risk for infection,stability for storage and shipping,and longterm persistence of immunogens. This review introduced the research progress in some DENV DNA vaccines in terms of construction strategies,inoculation methods,immunization strategies,immunologic adjuvants and immune effect.更多还原
