湿法脱硫的模拟分析与pH调节

【摘要】 运用流程模拟软件ASPEN PLUS模拟了湿法脱硫脱除水煤气中H2S的工艺过程,水煤气、脱硫液组成和操作数据均来自实际装置。对建立模型涉及到的模块选取、主副反应、物性方法选择以及工艺参数输入等方面进行了介绍,给出了脱硫过程中脱硫液的Na2CO3、NaHCO3、副盐含量以及pH值的定量变化规律。对脱硫液pH值调节过程进行研究,提出了采用NaOH代替Na2CO3为碱源的pH值调节方案,有利于减缓脱硫液总碱度的增加。

【Abstract】 The wet desulphurization process about the removal of H2S in water gas is simulated by using ASPEN PLUS process simulation software, and the composition and operating data of water gas and the desulfurization solution are from actual device. The selection of model and physical methods, main side reaction, and process parameters input and so on about modeling are introduced, and the content of Na2CO3, NaHCO3 and secondary salt and the rule of quantitative change on pH value about desulfurizing liquid of the desulfurization process are provided. The pH adjustment process of desulfurizing liquid is studied, and a pH adjustment scheme about adopting NaOH as alkali instead of Na2CO3 is put forward, to mitigate the increase of total alkalinity in desulfurization fluid.
