碳化物形态及回火时间对Cr12MoV钢热处理畸变的影响
Effects of carbide and tempering time on heat treatment distortion of Cr12MoV steel
【摘要】 利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机对热处理过程中Cr12MoV模具钢的残余应变进行了测量,分析了碳化物组织均匀性与回火时间对热处理畸变的影响,并对Cr12MoV模具钢热处理过程中的畸变规律进行了探讨。研究结果表明:Cr12MoV钢淬火后,在垂直于轧制方向上尺寸有所减小;碳化物组织越均匀,热处理畸变越小;随回火时间延长,沿垂直于轧制方向畸变量减小。高温回火后硬度明显下降,随回火时间增长,产生二次硬化现象。
【Abstract】 Residual strain of Cr12MoV die steel after heat treatment was measured by Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator,and the effect of carbide structure homogeneity and tempering time on heat treatment deformation were analyzed,and the deformation behavior of Cr12MoV die steel during heat treatment process was investigated. The results show that the size of Cr12MoV steel decreases along the perpendicular direction of the rolling direction after quenching. It has been made clearly that the more uniform the carbide microstructure,the less the heat treatment deformation. The deformation of Cr12MoV die steel decreases along the perpendicular direction of the rolling direction as the tempering time increasing. The hardness decreases evidently,and secondary hardening appears with an increase in tempering time.
