固溶温度对电子束熔丝成形TC17合金组织与性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了固溶温度对电子束熔丝成形TC17钛合金组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:电子束熔丝成形TC17钛合金为柱状晶组织,柱状晶沿堆积高度方向生长,在柱状晶内部为细小的(α+β)板条构成的网篮状组织。随固溶温度升高,(α+β)→β转变更加充分,初生α相含量减少,初生α相含量和形态对材料的塑性有较大影响,因此塑性降低,强度上升。

【Abstract】 Effect of solution temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of the TC17 alloy fabricated by EBWD was examined.The results show that the microstructure of the TC17 alloy fabricated by EBWD has columnar grains which grow along the height of the pile.The microstructure within the columnar grain shows typical α + β network microstructure. With solution temperature increasing,the α + β→β phase transition is more completely that results in the primary α phase decrease,thus the strength of the alloy increases and ductility decreases because the content and morphology of the primary α phase have greater influence on the plasticity of the alloy.
