冷轧IF钢再结晶温度测定与组织分析

【摘要】 为了研究IF钢再结晶退火行为,利用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机,模拟了56%压缩比冷轧IF钢在不同温度和不同时间条件下的退火过程,测定了冷轧IF钢在不同再结晶完成时间下的再结晶完成温度。在热模拟试验的基础上,根据Arrhenius公式计算了冷轧IF钢的再结晶激活能,建立再结晶动力学模型,拟合再结晶线性方程。同时通过不同再结晶组织分析发现,随着再结晶完成时间的延长,IF钢的再结晶完成温度降低。

【Abstract】 In order to study the recrystallization behavior of interstitial-free( IF) steel,simulation annealing processes at different annealing temperatures for different time were carried out on 56% reduction cold rolled IF steel by means of Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation test machine,and the ending temperatures of recrystallization were measured for different time of static recrystallization completion. Based on the experiment results,the recrystallization activation energy of IF steels was calculated according to the formula Arrhenius,the recrystallization kinetics model was built,and the linear equations for recrystallization was fitted. Meanwhile,the ending temperature of recrystallization decreases with the increase of recrystallization time by comparing the microstructure of the recrystallized IF steel.
