Zr、B对硬铝线耐热性的影响及动力学分析

【摘要】 采用电阻率测试、抗拉强度测试等方法,研究了不同Zr和B含量硬铝导线的耐热性及扩散激活能,运用扩散激活能理论对Zr和B在合金中动力学行为进行了分析。结果表明,在工业纯铝中加入微量Zr,可提高铝基体原子的扩散激活能,从而使合金的耐热性也相应提高;在Al-0.03Zr中添加微量B,合金的扩散激活能降低,耐热性能下降。

【Abstract】 Heat-resistant property and activation energy of aluminum conductor with different amounts of Zr and B were studied by means of electrical resistivity measurement and tensile strength test. Dynamic behavior of Zr and B in aluminium alloy was analyzed based on the theory of activation energy. The results show that the addition of Zr in commercial pure aluminum would enhance the activation energy of aluminum atoms,which is benefit for heat resistance. The activation energy of Al-0. 03 Zr alloy containing B will be decreased and the heat resistance of the alloy also reduced.
