600MPa级热镀锌双相钢性能优化
Microstructure and properties optimization of 600 MPa hot dipping DP steel
【摘要】 设计了含有较高Mn、Cr、Mo和微量Nb的热镀锌双相钢,研究了不同两相区温度和不同快冷速度对材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,双相区退火温度在800~840℃时,随退火温度升高,试验钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度变化不大,伸长率先升高后降低,在820℃试验钢塑性最好。冷速为10℃/s和20℃/s时,试验钢中马氏体较少,强度较低;冷速为15℃/s时,试验钢强度及塑性较好。
【Abstract】 Hot dipping DP steel with high content of Mn,Cr,Mo and Nb was designed,and the effects of the different two phase region temperature and the cooling speed on properties was studied. The results show that when the two phase region annealing temperature is in the range of 800 ℃ to 840 ℃,with annealing temperature increasing,the yield strength and tensile strength of the tested steel has little change and the ductility first rise and then decrease,and at 820 ℃ the ductility is the best. When the cooling speed is 10 ℃/s and 20 ℃/s,the volume fraction of martensite is less and the strength is lower,but at 15 ℃/s the strength and ductility becomes better.
