热处理对新型铝镍青铜组织与性能的影响
Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of new aluminum-nickel bronze alloy
【摘要】 采用合金化方法研制了一种新型铝镍青铜模具材料,并利用金相显微镜、XRD、布氏硬度计等研究了热处理对其组织与性能的影响。结果表明,新型铝镍青铜铸态组织主要由α相、β’相、γ2相和κ相组成,经940℃×2 h固溶+500℃×4 h时效的最佳热处理工艺处理后,合金的硬度为380 HBW,抗拉强度为837 MPa,伸长率为9.3%,热扩散系数为16.6 mm2/s,表现出优异的综合性能。
【Abstract】 The influence of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of a new aluminum-nickel bronze which was developed via alloying tests was studied by means of metallographic microscope,XRD,Brinell hardness tester and so on. The results show that the microstructure of as-cast alloy is composed primarily of α phase,β’ phase,γ2phase and κ phase. After the optimum heat treatment process of 940 ℃ × 2 h solution and 500 ℃ × 4 h aging,the hardness,tensile strength,elongation rate and thermal diffusion coefficient of the alloy are 380 HBW,837 MPa,9. 3% and 16. 6 mm2/ s,respectively,which has the excellent comprehensive properties.
