基于模糊迭代的永磁同步电机位置跟踪控制
Position Tracking Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors Based on Fuzzy Iterative Learning Control
【摘要】 针对具有重复运动特性的永磁同步电机高精度位置跟踪控制问题,为提高加工精度,提出了模糊迭代控制方法。迭代学习控制可以高精度的跟踪给定信号,模糊控制的加入解决了迭代学习控制的抗干扰问题,将模糊控制与迭代学习控制相结合,充分发挥两者的优点,既保证了高精度又提高了系统的抗干扰能力。本文给出了模糊迭代控制系统的结构,通过仿真分析验证了其有效性。与传统的控制方法相比,改进方法提高了位置控制的精度,在加入负载扰动的情况下仍能保持高精度的位置跟踪。
【Abstract】 This paper proposes a fuzzy iterative learning control for the high precision position tracking control of permanent magnet synchronous motor with repetitive motion characteristics.Iterative learning control can track the given signal with high accuracy.Fuzzy control is added to solve the problem of anti interference.The fuzzy control and iterative learning control are combined to give full play to the advantages of the two.It can guarantee the high accuracy and improve the anti interference ability of the system.The structure of the fuzzy iterative learning control system is given in the paper.Simulation results show the validity of the control system.Compared with the traditional control method,this method can improve the precision of position control.In the case of load disturbance,it still can maintain high precision position tracking.
