电液振动台激振缸谐振抑制的仿真研究

【摘要】 电液振动台激振缸在高频段作业过程中受激振系统液压固有频率影响产生谐振,谐振不仅会破坏密封装置,产生很大的噪声,还会影响整个系统工作的稳定性及安全性。针对上述问题,提出了在激振缸两工作腔间设置外阻尼器形成旁路泄漏提高液压阻尼比的方法来抑制激振缸谐振。通过理论分析,构建了激振系统的数学模型,并运用AMESim软件进行仿真,得出了有无阻尼器状态下激振缸行程不同时活塞的幅值响应曲线以及谐振点阀口开度不同时活塞的位移波形曲线。仿真结果表明:设置外阻尼器能有效抑制激振缸谐振,活塞振动幅值恢复正常,且振动幅值随阀口开度的增大而增大。以上研究为电液振动性能优化设计提供了依据。

【Abstract】 Vibration cylinder of electro- hydraulic shaker affected by the natural frequency of hydraulic vibration system would resonate in high frequency process.The resonance can not only damage the sealing device and make great noise,but also influence the stability and safety of the whole system.In view of these problems,a method of setting external damper between the two working chamber and forming bypass leakage was proposed to improve the hydraulic damping ratio to suppress the vibration cylinder resonance.According to theoretical analysis,the mathematical model of the vibration system was established,and the vibration system was simulated using AMESim software.When the vibration cylinder stroke was different,the amplitude response curves of the piston with and without dampers were obtained.When the valve port open degree was different,the displacement response curves of the piston with and without dampers at the resonant point were obtained.The results of the simulation show that setting external damper can effectively suppress the vibration cylinder resonance,the piston vibration amplitude returns to be normal,and the vibration amplitude increases with the valve port open degree increases.
