航空柴油发动机性能优化仿真研究

【摘要】 为优化航空柴油发动机的性能,提高效率,减少污染排放,搭建某型二冲程航空柴油发动机GT-POWER仿真模型,依据不同转速下发动机的功率验证模型的准确性。分析发动机在不同喷油提前角和配气正时下发动机的功率、扭矩、NOx排放等变化特性,优化发动机性能。研究结果表明,发动机在喷油提前角为-13°的条件下,排气门打开角度提前6°CA,关闭延后6°CA,进气门打开角度提前6°CA,关闭延后6°CA,发动机的功率提高了3k W,燃油消耗率降低了2g/k W·h,极大地提高了航空柴油发动机的性能。

【Abstract】 To optimize the performance of the aviation diesel engine,an engine GT- POWER simulation model is built and the accuracy of the model is verified by the engine power of different rotating speed. Engine power,torque and NOx emission characteristics are analysis under different fuel injection advance Angle and engine valve timing.The simulation results show when the fuel injection advance Angle is- 13°,the exhaust valve opening Angle is 6 °CA ahead,the exhaust valve closed Angle delay is 6 ° CA,inlet valve opening Angle is 6 ° CA ahead,intake valve closed Angle delay is 6 ° CA,the engine power increases 3 k W and the fuel consumption decreases 2 g / k W · h.The comprehensive performance of the engine is best. The bench test verifies the validity of the optimized parameters.
