脱硫系统参数自校正模糊PID控制器设计
Design of Fuzzy PID Controller Based on the Parameter
【摘要】 脱硫系统的PH值控制存在滞后和时变性,为了更好地控制系统并保持更高脱硫率,设计了参数自校正模糊PID控制器对浆液PH值进行控制,使用归一化加速度、变论域思想和自推调节算法建立了参数自校正机构。模糊子集和输入输出变量的映射关系调节变论域的收缩,参数自校正机构对模糊PID控制器的量化因子和修正参数进行动态调整,结合受控自回归滑动平均(CARMA)模型进一步校正系统误差。仿真结果表明,设计的参数自校正机构的模糊PID控制器比常规的模糊PID控制器系统的超调量更小、响应速度更快,同时鲁棒稳定性也更好。
【Abstract】 PH value control exists desulfurization system lag and time variability,in order to better control the system and maintain higher desulfurization rate designed fuzzy self-tuning PID controller to control the PH value of slurry,using normalized acceleration,variable domain thinking and self-regulation algorithm push to establish a self-tuning mechanism.Mapping between input and output fuzzy subset of variables regulate contraction Variable Region,fuzzy self-tuning PID controllers agency quantization factor correction parameters and dynamically adjust combined controlled autoregressive moving average(CARMA) model further correction system error.The simulation results show diat the fuzzy self-tuning mechanism designed PID controller is smaller than the conventional fuzzy PID controller system overshoot,faster response,while the robust stability and better.
