基于模糊神经网络的无线传感器网络可靠性评估

【摘要】 针对目前还没有一个统一标准能全面评估无线传感器网络可靠性的问题,提出了一种基于模糊神经网络的可靠性评估模型。首先,从无线传感器网络的拓扑结构、协议栈结构和可靠性机制的角度对可靠性进行了剖析,提取了影响可靠性的性能指标;其次,筛选出部分性能指标,建立用于指标模糊量化的可靠性评价标准值矩阵,并通过内插生成样本数据;建立基于模糊神经网络的可靠性评估模型,该模型将筛选出的指标值作为输入,输出即为所研究无线传感器网络的可靠性。最后,根据模型程序流程图编写仿真程序,利用部分样本数据训练模型。将部分样本数据作为测试样本,根据测试结果,所建立的评估模型评价结果与实际情况基本一致,可以从系统层次评估无线传感器网络。

【Abstract】 Since there is no uniform standard to assess the reliability of Wireless Sensor Networks( WSN),a reliability evaluation model based on fuzzy neural network was proposed.Firstly,the reliability was analyzed from the point of view of the topology,protocol stack and reliability mechanism of wireless sensor networks,and the performance indexes affecting reliability were extracted.Secondly,some performance indexes were selected to establish the reliability evaluation standard value matrix,and the sample data was generated by interpolation.WSN reliability evaluation model was established based on fuzzy neural network.In this model,input is the performance index extracted from the WSN,and output is the reliability of wireless sensor networks.Finally,according to the model program flow chart to prepare the simulation program and training model using sample data.According to the test results,the evaluation result of the reliability model is basically consistent with the actual situation.The model can evaluate the wireless sensor network on the system level.
