【摘要】 本文介绍了信息道德概念,提出了农家书屋的现代化管理方案,利用基于现代网络的管理信息系统扩大信息共享范围,将书屋信息手机化、网络化,使广大农村读者拥有更多的知识获取渠道,使信息道德成为信息管理的重要组成部分。提出了提升农民信息道德的策略和方法,指出信息化本身是中性的,在信息化进程中出现的道德失范是人类自身的问题,进而提出信息道德还应该包含信息鉴别和信息过滤。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the concept of information ethics,and proposed the modern management solution of rural library through utilizing the management information system based on modern network to extend the scope of information sharing and make library information mobilized and networked,so as to provide more approaches for rural readers to acquire knowledge and make the information ethics become an important part of information management.It also put forward the strategies and methods of improving farmers’ information ethics,and pointed out that information itself was neutral and moral abnormality appearing during the informatization process was the problem of human beings,and then presented information ethics also should include the information authentication and information filtering.更多还原
