【Abstract】 This article mainly introduced the construction ideas,measures and results of autonomous-region-level teaching team for agricultural mechanics course in Shihezi University.It made the reasonable development plan and supporting measures of faculty to improve teachers’ level,and insisted on deepening the teaching reform to strengthen and perfect the practical teaching and create the trinity teaching team,and then promoted the reform of curriculum system to enrich the teaching contents and improve the teaching quality and level.Based on large-scale agriculture and mechanized production,it concentrated the research direction and realized the transaction of research-teaching-learning.更多还原
