【Abstract】 Based on the previous theoretical literatures,this paper expounds the connotation of technological innovation of enterprise′s strategy business unit(SBU),and constructs the evaluation framework and evaluation index system of relative performance of SBU′s technological innovation which is characterized by the combination of performance,output and process.And it introduces the coefficient of difficulty for industrial technological innovation as the adjustment parameter to calculate the relative innovation level of different SBUs within enterprise.Finally,based on this evaluation index system,it evaluates the relative performance evaluation of technology innovation of some enterprise group.更多还原
