基于约束理论和集对分析的EPC建筑供应链风险管理
Risk Management of EPC Construction Supply Chain Based on Theory of Constraints and Set Pair Analysis
【摘要】 在对EPC建筑供应链风险进行系统分析的基础上,设计了EPC建筑供应链风险评价指探体系,并采用区间层次分析法进行指标赋权。依据约束理论建立三步骤动态反馈环管理EPC建筑供应链风险,结合集对分析中联系势和全偏联系数两种排序准则确定系统中的最大风险约束。实例分析结果表明:基于约束理论和集对分析的EPC建筑供应链风险管理方法有助于总承包商逐次从系统中消除最大风险,是一种可持续改进的风险管理方法。
【Abstract】 The risk assessment index system of EPC construction supply chain is designed on the basis of systematic analysis on the risk in EPC supply chain,and interval analytic hierarchy process(IAHP)is proposed to work out the decision of influencing factors.The theory of constraints(TOC)is introduced to the risk management of EPC construction supply chain by establishing three steps of dynamic feedback loops,and two ranking criterions of connection trend and partial connection coefficient in the theory of set pair analysis(SPA)are used to find out the biggest constraint in the system.The example analysis results show that,the risk management method of EPC construction supply chain based on TOC and SPA contributes to the general contractor to eliminate the biggest risk successively,which is a sustainably improving method for risk management.
