【摘要】 以1978—2015年国务院及各部委单独或联合颁布的1521条产学研协同创新政策为研究对象,在对政策文本量化处理的基础上,运用社会网络分析法绘制政策文本的主题关键词及其演进的知识图谱,并对不同阶段的焦点主题进行深入分析。研究发现:中国产学研协同创新政策的主题主要集中在创新发展、科技创新、经济社会发展、人才培养和公共创新服务5个方面,具体表现为29个关键词;政策演进经历了起步探索期、缓慢发展期、快速发展期和重点突破期4个阶段,不同阶段具有不同的政策重心;科技成果转化、技术创新、产业发展、平台建设、人才培养和合作路径是产学研协同创新政策持续支持的热点主题关键词。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking 1521 policies for industry-university-research collaborative innovation issued by state council and ministries from 1978 to 2015as the research object,this paper processes them by quantitative methods,and draws the themes of policies texts and their evolution by using the social network analysis method,and analyzes the focus topic in-depth in different stages.The result shows as follows:the themes of policies are mainly concentrated in five aspects,namely innovation development,science and technological innovation,economic and social development,personnel training and public innovation service,and embodies 29 topic keywords;the evolved development process of policies could be divided into four stages,namely initial exploration,slow development,rapid development and key breakthrough,owing variegated focus in different stages;transformation of scientific and technological achievements,technology innovation,industrial development,platform construction,personnel training,cooperation path are the focus keywords supported by the industry-university-research collaborative innovation policies continuously.更多还原
