组织间关系网络对二元创新的影响:基于利用式学习的中介作用
Impact of Inter-organizational Relationship Network on Ambidextrous Innovation:Based on Mediating Effect of Exploitation Learning
【摘要】 基于对327家高技术制造企业的深度访谈和问卷调查,运用结构方程模型方法,实证分析了组织间关系网络对二元创新(突破式创新和渐进式创新)的影响机理以及利用式学习在其中的中介效应。结果表明:组织间关系网络对二元创新具有部分显著的、正向的、直接的影响,其中网络中心度和网络规模对二元创新具有显著的、正向的、直接的影响,网络联结强度仅对渐进式创新具有显著的、正向的、直接的影响,而利用式学习在组织间关系网络与渐进式创新之间发挥中介效应。
【Abstract】 By using the data from survey questionnaire and in-depth interviews for 327high-tech manufacturing enterprises,this paper empirically studies the impact mechanism and the mediating effect of exploitation learning by using structural equation modeling.The results show as follows:inter-organizational relationship network has partial significant,direct and positive impact on ambidextrous innovation;network centrality and network size have significant,direct and positive impact on ambidextrous innovation;network connection strength only has partial significant,direct and positive impact on incremental innovation;exploitation learning plays mediating role between inter-organizational relationship network and incremental innovation.
