基于UG的车铣复合加工中心模板配置研究与开发
Analysis on Research and Development of Template Configuration for the Lathe-mill Cutting Center Based on UG
【摘要】 以双通道双主轴九轴五联动车铣复合加工中心为例,针对其在应用UG NX软件进行CAM自动编程过程中,加工方法创建时的重复操作问题,重点对该机床加工模板的配置进行了研究和开发。该研究成果对同类机床的自动编程模板设置提供了思路,并为该机床的后续CAM配置和系统变量设置奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 This paper takes an example of dual channel nine double spindle axis five linkage car milling compound machining center as an example,according to its application in UG NX software CAM automatic programming process,processing method to create a repetitive operation problem,focus on the configuration of the machine tool processing template has carried on the research and development,the results of the study of the similar machine tools automatic programming template Settings provides a train of thought,and for subsequent CAM configuration of the machine tool and system variables set laid a solid foundation.
