1-Wire总线多测点矿井测温微系统的设计

【摘要】 煤矿井下温度的监控,是保证煤矿安全生产的关键所在。设计一个测量矿井内部多点温度的系统,以单片机为控制核心,以DS18B20数字传感器为测量器件,以电磁屏蔽线为引线,电路简单、成本低、抗扰能力强,并在Keil编程环境下开发了运行于STC单片机的测温程序。经试验,测温器能在恶劣条件下顺利测得各点温度。该系统可广泛应用于此类需要测试温度的场合。

【Abstract】 Temperature monitoring in underground coal mines is the key to ensure coal mine safety production.This paper presents an internal system of multi-point temperature measured mine,based on single-chip microcomputer to control core,DS18B20 digital sensors for measuring devices,electromagnetic Shield line for leader,simple circuit,ultra-low cost,strong resistance to disturbance,and Keil programming development environment runs on STC single-chip temperature measurement procedures.After tests,temperature probe is successfully measured the temperature in inclement conditions.The system can be widely used for such occasions of the need to test the temperature.
